DARK COSTA RICAN ORGANIC
“It’s an absolutely wonderful, nut-floral-berry combination,” says Amy about the Costa Rican Organic. The darker Costa Rican will drop some of the floral elements, but the nut profiles are enhanced.  It becomes a fuller, and more weighty coffee when it is dark roasted.  Also, Costa Rican is almost always a winner when paired with breakfast foods - an inherent positive trait with South and Central American varietals.  This coffee tastes like coffee, even more so than the Colombians and Brazilians we are all used to drinking.
